  How does it work?

Our 100% finance service is aimed at independent developers who have projects they would like to undertake, but are prevented by other financial commitments from doing so.

The finance covers all aspects of the development, such as land purchase, building costs, marketing costs and bank interest charges, and is made available at agreed stages of the development programme.

Projects, typically, will have a development value of between £1M and £5M, and be brought forward for initial discussions once there is an option on the land and an associated Planning Approval. These discussions will be without commitment and include our financial appraisal and value engineering advice.

Once a decision has been taken to progress the project using the 100% development finance model, project management, design and marketing support can then be accessed as required to ensure a successful outcome.

Development finance is then made available in accordance with the agreed funding profile.
